Curate References by Hand
Use `/newsroom/references` to judge sources and keep the curated graph aligned with editorial standards.
The References desk is where source material becomes newsroom memory. Open `/newsroom/references` to inspect a reference, review its status, and decide whether it belongs in the accepted structured knowledge graph.
Accept references that are in scope, relevant, and reliable enough to inform future planning. Reject or archive references that are off mission, weakly sourced, duplicative, stale, or outside coverage boundaries.
Ratings and comments are steering memory—they tell future research and reporting which sources deserve attention and which patterns should be treated cautiously.
Reopen older references when mission changes or better context arrives. Updating the graph is maintenance, not an admission of failure.
