Maintain Reference Quality
Run routine curation passes and keep accepted references fit for planning and analysis.
Reference quality is ongoing work. Material ages, identifiers change, and metadata may need enrichment before a source is useful.
Use `npm run content -- references curate-recent --corpus-key <key> --since-hours 48 --max-count 25 --dry-run --json` to preview a routine pass. Add `--apply` when the plan is correct.
A pass can refresh summaries, check identifiers, enrich titles, and produce a manifest of successes and failures. Treat failures as operator signals.
Accepted references are the safe input for analysis, topic work, graph operations, and edition planning. Keeping that set clean improves everything downstream.
